NOTES FROM THE P&R COORDINATOR...

LTP&R is looking forward to our 2008 fall program season and your participation in a variety of well-planned programs, trips and events for all ages. Check out the School's Out Holiday Madness days, when kids are off and parents still have to work, spend the day doing games and arts & crafts with LTP&R staff! There are several computer and science workshops as well as dance, cheer and baton clinics.

LTP&R is committed to providing the personal, econcomic, social and environmental benefits of parks and recreation! LTP&R is here to assist you with making the best use of our services, programs and facitlites. Pelase us know how we can help.

LTP&R Program Registration Form


REGISTRATION INFORMATION:
*Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis....register early!
*Pre-registration is required for all programs and trips unless otherwise noted.
*Payment must accompany program registration form. Make checks payable to "Limerick Township"
 *Attend the first class as scheduled;confirmation is not mailed.

Signed program registration/Hold Harmless forms are required for participation in LTP&R programs/trips. These forms are a contract of understanding between you and LTP&R. Signed registration forms are required to process your registration and for participation in programs/trips.


PHOTO INFORMATION: We may take your photo during programs and events. Photos may be displayed at the Limerick Commuity Park, on the Township website, in P&R flyers or the Township Newsletter. Please let us know if this presents a problem.

 

TRIPS & TOURS
Trips are being sponsored in conjunction with Upper Providence, Lower Providence & Worcester Townships.

Trip Refund Policy: No refunds for "No Shows" day of trip. Full erfund will be issued if trip is canceled. Cancellation 30 days in advance, will receive a refund minus $5.00 administration fee as long as a seat replacement is found.

PAVILION RENTAL INFORMATION...

Recreation Facility Rental Information: Limerick Township Parks & Recreation issues permits for guaranteed use of Limerick Community Park, Veteran's Park and Linfield Landing facilities. Reservation requests for group use permits are made through the Limerick Township Parks & Recreation Office. Click Here for Facilities Rental Information Guide. Click Here for Rental Fee Schedule

LCP Main Pavilion Rentals: Section A - 6 tables; Section B - 6 tables; Section C - 6 tables.
Section D is a non-reserved area for public use on a first-come-first served basis.
LCP Lion's Den Pavilion Rentals: Includes 4 tables.
Veterans' Park Pavilion Rental: Includes 10 tables.

Limerick Parks & Recreation Committee:
The Parks and Recreation Committee welcomes active volunteers to help with its various programs and events. If you are interested, complete a volunteer application and return it, in person or by mail, to the municipal building. The public is encouraged to attend our meetings which are held at the municipal building on the first Thursday of each month at 7:00 pm.
